They managed to keep constant communication with me despite my lack of internet access from work and insane unpredictable retail hours. The hoops she jumped through to make everything easier for me were much appreciated. In the end I'm in the perfect condo, very close to work and very happy. The Mercatus Realty Team did such a great job helping us find a home. To say they were patient with us in an understatement! We looked at sooo many houses and just couldn't find what we were looking for. We put offers in on quite a few houses and just didn't have the best of luck (lots of competition out there!). Throughout it all, they were so patient and understanding and very willing to help us with every step of the process. When we finally had one of our offers accepted, they gave us fantastic advise for how to negotiate and get the best deal possible. They were available almost any time (even on Sundays) and were always very prompt returning emails or phone calls. The Mercatus Realty Team did an outstanding job of assisting us with our home purchase from lining up potential property showings to the final close. We knew we wanted to live in the E.Cobb area and they gave insightful information on schools, pricing, etc. and when we wandered a little farther north, they were very knowledgeable on area and schools. They are very responsive to all my emails and calls and gave options and her professional opinion on next steps. The onsite expertise of Mercatus was also a big bonus, pointing out repairs that needed immediate fixing and ballpark costs associated with it. We put offers on other houses and Mercatus was there every step of the way, all the way through to our final dream house. Mercatus Realty is such a wonderful realtors to work with! They helped us find the perfect home for our family. We relocated from Atlanta and did not know much about the Roswell area. Kimberly helped us find the area we wanted to live in. They gave us advice about schools, neighborhoods, shopping, etc. It was great working with someone who could advise us on those important things. We were helped by Mercatus Realty in finding a town home . Our search process took more than 6 months and a lot of visits to various homes in the locality (upward of 25) but they were patient and prompt in arranging visits and provide helpful inputs in the pros and cons of the houses. Personally, I Iiked the way Mercatus Realty gave us enough space to think and come to our conclusions and did not push us to make decisions. That along with the knowledge they had about the area and their willingness to put in the extra effort to research details for us eventually helped us get the home we wanted.
